1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. How to Return an Item

3. Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 50k to ensure safe return delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and any loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges will be processed if the item is defective or damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped to you. If an exchange is requested for another product, you will need to cover the price difference and shipping charges.

5. Non-Refundable Items
