To sell on xpat.ng, you must:

3. Product Listings

When listing your products on xpat.ng, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete product descriptions.
• Include clear and high-quality images of your products.
• Ensure your products comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including safety, labeling, and copyright laws.
• Provide the correct price, including any taxes or additional fees.
• Only list products that are legally allowed to be sold on the platform.

4. Pricing

You are responsible for setting your product prices. Please ensure that your prices are competitive and reflect the true value of the product. Any changes to pricing must be updated on your product listings immediately.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• You are responsible for handling shipping and delivery. All products must be shipped within the agreed time frame.
• We encourage you to offer prompt and reliable shipping options. xpat.ng may provide assistance with shipping rates and partners, but you must ensure products reach customers in good condition.
• Sellers must offer free delivery on qualifying orders or charge fair shipping rates.

6. Customer Service & Returns

• You are responsible for providing excellent customer service, including addressing questions, issues, or complaints about your products.
• Return policies must be clearly stated for each product. If a return is necessary, ensure you follow our standard return process and issue refunds in accordance with our guidelines.

7. Prohibited Products

The following items are prohibited from being sold on xpat.ng:

• Counterfeit or replica items.
• Illegal or restricted goods.
• Products that infringe on intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
• Hazardous materials or dangerous products without proper certification.

8. Commission and Fees

• xpat.ng charges a commission on each sale, which will be deducted from your earnings. Details about the commission structure will be available in your seller account.
• There may also be other fees for specific services, such as promotional listings or payment processing. These fees will be disclosed when applicable.

9. Taxation

As a seller, you are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes related to your sales. Ensure you comply with all local and international tax regulations as applicable.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your seller account if:

• You violate any terms of this policy.
• You fail to provide quality service or products.
• You engage in fraudulent activity or misleading practices.
• You do not comply with any legal or regulatory requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between you and a customer, we encourage you to resolve the issue directly with the customer. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact our support team for assistance. We will investigate the matter and determine the best course of action.

12. Changes to the Seller Policy

xpat.ng reserves the right to update or change this Seller Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through your seller dashboard.
